Professor Barbara Mitchell is a Senior Global Executive with over 30 years of consulting experience specializing in designing and implementing leadership and organizational development interventions that support leaders from the classroom to the boardroom.  Based on her expertise, she has been a Learning Elite judge for over 6 years, helping decide which learning and development organizations should be recognized for excellence. She is a faculty advisor for Harvard on simulations and eLearning.  She has spoken at conferences on creating and using simulations and immersive learning for the 21st Century Learner
